What We Collect:
Webex TeamsBuddy employs a mix of browser and server side web applications. Each applications requires and handles data differently. Each is defined below.

Creating a New Space:
In order to create a new space, the new Space Name is sent from your Browser to the Webex TeamsBuddy Server via HTTPS to be processed. This information is not stored in a database for future use. The Webex TeamsBuddy servers fetch other needed information directly (and securely using SSL) from the Cisco Webex Teams API.

Adding people to Spaces:
In order to process invites in bulk, your Webex TeamsBuddy invite list and selected Space id's are sent from your Browser to the Webex TeamsBuddy servers via HTTPS to be processed. This information is not stored in a database for future use. The Webex TeamsBuddy servers fetch other needed information directly (and securely using SSL) from the Cisco Webex Teams API.

   - Create an Emailable Link that Users can use to Join a Space:
      A token associated with you username and the Space ID is stored on Webex TeamsBuddy Servers up to 14 days
      unless you delete the emailable link sooner than that.

Who's in the Space:
In order to view users in the selected space(s), selected Space id's are sent from your Browser to the Webex TeamsBuddy servers via HTTPS to be processed. This information is not stored in a database for future use. The Webex TeamsBuddy servers fetch other needed information directly (and securely using SSL) from the Cisco Webex Teams API. The list of users (email addresses) is returned to the Browser securely.

Sending Messages to Spaces:
In order to send messages to spaces in bulk, your Webex Teams message and selected Space id's are sent to the Webex TeamsBuddy servers via HTTPS to be processed. This information is not stored in a database for future use. The Webex TeamsBuddy servers fetch other needed information directly (and securely using SSL) from the Cisco Webex Teams API.

List Messages:
In order to view messages the selected space(s), selected Space id's (and optionally, Search Terms) are sent from your Browser to the Webex TeamsBuddy servers via HTTPS to be processed. This information is not stored in a database for future use. The Webex TeamsBuddy servers fetch other needed information directly (and securely using SSL) from the Cisco Webex Teams API. The list of messages is returned to the Browser securely.

Save/Recall Space Selection:
Webex TeamsBuddy allows you to select spaces and save them as a favorites list of spaces. In order to save the favorite, selected space id's and name you choose for the list are sent to the Webex TeamsBuddy servers via HTTPS to be processed. The list of space id's are stored on the Webex TeamsBuddy Servers along with your username for future access by you. No other users have access to your favorites list. No token or other identifiable information is stored on the Webex TeamsBuddy Servers.
